About Me
Hello, my name is Anthony and I am from Northeast Philadelphia. I am a 31 year old and a graduate of Northeast Catholic High School, La Salle University and Temple University's Real Estate program.
I have a passion for business. I started my first business, Maximum Capacity DJs at the tender age of fifteen as a freshman at Northeast Catholic High School. Over the past fifteen years I have developed Maximum Capacity into an elite Philadelphia Disc Jockey company. If you have been to parties in Northeast Philadelphia you have probably heard me perform. Most of my time as a disc jockey has been spinning at family events, night clubs across Philadelphia and entertaining at corporate and government events. It has been a great ride.
In 1996 I graduated Northeast Catholic High School and started at La Salle University. Through the guidance of a new friend I was formally introduced to Computer Science and Digital Art. I did not know it then, but my life would never be the same.
In 2000 I started working for Keystone Mercy Health Plan as a web developer. I started with Keystone Mercy as a temporary employee and was offered a full time job in June of 2000. Throughout the years I have been promoted to Senior Web Developer, Product Manager and now Manager of Web Services. I enjoy going to work every day and interacting with the people that I work with.
In 2001 I started my second business with my brothers (Joe and John). Together we formed a web development company called Biondo Communications. Over the past several years we have grown Biondo Communications from a tiny web development company to being recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as The Fastest growing Web Design Firm in Philadelphia.
Over the past ten years my focus has been on mastering emerging Internet technologies. During this time I acquired hands on experience building and managing large scale, complex web sites and developed the infrastructure to support our mission critical web sites. I have experience building web server farms using Cisco Load balancers, Microsoft Application Center, and Windows 2003 NLB all with Microsoft Internet Information Server. I played a key role in moving Keystone Mercy from manually managing web sites to integrating with Interwoven's Enterprise Content Management System TeamSite. While at Keystone Mercy I also administered Microsoft SQL Server databases and IBM WebSphere MQ messaging platforms.

Thank you,
Anthony
